What we can and cannot help with
The line is not about willingness. It is about what an information site is in a position to know.
Corrections are the most useful thing anyone sends. Every figure here is traceable to a provision, which means an error is findable — and the fastest way to find one is somebody reading the page against the instrument. If you are writing about a figure, the reply is much quicker if you say which page it was on, what it said, and what you believe the correct position is. A pointer to the section or rule is ideal; where an instrument has been amended since we read it, that is exactly the kind of thing an individual reader notices before we do.
What we cannot do is look at your case. Not because of a policy, but because there is nothing to look at: this site holds no records, has no connection to the Traffic Police, the Land Transport Authority, the Housing & Development Board, the Urban Redevelopment Authority or any court, and does not ask for a notice number or a licence number. It could not check your position even if you sent one, and it will not guess at it from a description. The authority on your case is the agency named on the notice you were sent, and the sum you are asked to pay comes from that agency and from nowhere else — it is not in any instrument this site cites.
Genuinely welcome

What we cannot do
- Advise on your own case. This site is information, not legal advice.
- Check, pay or appeal anything for you, or pass a message to any agency.
- Tell you the composition sum. It is not in the law, and we do not invent it.
- Predict what a court will do. Nobody honestly can.
