Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012. The regulator is the Personal Data Protection Commission, and a complaint about this site’s handling of personal data can be made to it.

Google Analytics 4, running cookielessly, to measure visits — no cookie and no identifier is stored on your device. Your IP address reaches Google as part of any web request; that is a property of how the web works rather than something this site chose to collect, and it is stated here rather than glossed.

The server that hosts this site keeps ordinary access logs, as any web server does. No advertising script loads on any page — the build is checked for that mechanically before it ships.

This site does not ask for, and has no field anywhere for, an NRIC or FIN, a driving licence number, a vehicle registration number, a notice or summons number, or a date of birth. It renders no lookup form and no payment form. That is a deliberate design limit, not an oversight: checking and paying a fine are transactions for the issuing agency’s own service, and a site that asked for those identifiers in order to look like it could perform them would be collecting exactly what it has no business holding.

None are set by this site. The cookies page says what is actually true of this build rather than describing trackers that are not there.

The Act gives you the right to ask what personal data an organisation holds about you and how it has been used, and to have it corrected. In this site’s case the honest answer to the first question is that it holds none — there is no account, no form and no identifier collected.
